Blocking a member

Has anyone used this feature yet? I think I'm going to give it a try to avoid some irrelevant nonsense I've been seeing lately.   POOF...your gone...just like that...LOL  I think I like it, already!

Nancy, No, it's not you. I love your wittiness. Just lately there has been some of what you mentioned..a "******g contest" going on. I have been ignoring it and not stooping to that level of immaturity to even respond.  It's like that damn fly that keeps buzzing around and trying to ruin your picnic. Well, I smacked the fly...so to say and will not be bothered by it anymore. If I can reply to you or your posts your not blocked. When you block somebody, you are unable to see anything they write...posts or replies. Also, they cannot PM you. I never thought that I would encounter this problem on the NC forum.  Friends please don't be offended by my need to block just one particular person, I just don't want to play games....that's not why I'm here on OH. I'm here to get support and develop friendships.....thanks for your understanding.

I have never had to use it.  I hang out here with the more "normal" NC folks.  LOL

Jennifer - I never imagined using it here and hate to go to that measure but the comments I have been reading are just so totally unnecessary...POOF..they're gone! LOL ..makes OH much more pleasant.

 Well I can be a bit 'harsh' at times. Honestly, I just couldn't resist being a snot on this one!
