What to drink one week out

I am one week out and want to know what to drink besides plain old water so sick of it.  I need some taste.........................

hey i have the same problem now .. water gets old and drinking it plain gets boring.. Get some Crystal light packets or some sugar free packets to add to your water ( such as Kool Aid (sugar Free) and Vita~Splash)  I have all types of flavors and i carry them everywhere with me and add them right to my water :) Good luck ,, i hope i have helped some ;)

Are you drinking your  protein shakes?  There are many quick , filling recipes for these.   Barbara

Do your nutrition tell you that can have crystal light. That would give you a different taste.

In the hospital I had diluted apple juice and cranberry. Just sent hubby and his buddie to the store for oceanspray juice with splenda in it. Drink slow and dont gulp.                                    Annie

Diet Lipton Green Tea with citrus worked well for me when I wasn't NPO for that brief moment post-op, lol.  No calories and no caffeine.

I kinda got tired of the SF packets of flavoring, so I use just a little bit of lemon juice in my water.

Are you drinking  protein shakes?   These are quick and filling and have a variety of flavors.
