Just need to vent

Just need to vent..... I have been in the process of preparing my appeal.  All I need is my weight chart from Jenny Craig in FL.  I have been in contact with them  for about two weeks.  Finally on Monday the 30th the girl on the phone said the director will mail out my info with his card.  Everyday I ran to the mailbox eagerly awaiting the letter.  Well finally today it came.  However.... IT WAS JUST A FLIPPING RECEIPT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NOTHING MORE!!!!!!!!! Talk about a let down and total frustration .  So tomorrow morning I am going to call them yet again and hopefully get ahold of someone competant (spelling?) who can really help me.  This is getting a little ridiculous.  I mean how hard is it to make a copy of my weight chart and send it to me.  This time I am not waiting for the mail they are going to fax it to me.  Wow that feels better.  Thanks everyone for listening. 

Sorry your having a tough time getting your record. I'd call them repeatedly...they'll get sick of hearing from you and get this taken care of so they don't have to hear from you anymore! LOL The things we have to do...LOL Hang in there!

     Sometimes the process can be quite stressful, especially when the people who are supposed to be helping us don't take it all as serious as we do. Don't be bashful about demanding what you need/want. No one will fight harder for you than you.      If that doesn't work, tell them you have Kirstie Alley and Valerie Bertonelli tied up in your basement and you're not letting them go till you get it! I think I would get a little "testy" on the phone with them.  LOL  I am sure they are anti WLS since it obviously dips into their profits.  With RNY, who needs Jenny?  LOL

Im so sorry this is happening to you. Nothing worse then someone that cant finish a simple task. I would call and call and call.. ask for a manager, explain the last two weeks and how you NEED that document ASAP.. you waited and waited and the incorrect document was sent, you paid for a service and you expect your weight chart.. keep bugging them and try to go higher up the food chain to a manager till you get results!!! I hope you get them fast!

I know how you feel.. I'm in the same Boat.. I'm like 15 hours away from my old doctors and can't anyone to do what they say or supposed to do... Kepp bugging them..maybe they'll get the picture and send you all you need.. blessings
