Protein Drinks???
omg...I just tried the crystal light orange with vanilla protein powder & ice and it is soooooooooooooooo yummy. JUST like an orange smoothie.
Thank you for posting this! I never (well, maybe someday...but not someday soon! lol) would have thought of it!

I used water. I'm about to make a peach tea one right now and I think I'll use half the water I used (I used a cup to a scoop like I've been doing) because it was a little less slushy than I'd like. :)

I've never used milk with mine, so I can't say. LOL! Sorry! I'm guessing they probably do not taste the same though.
btw...the peach tea one was not nearly as good as the orange. :)

Wanted to add my personal opinion here- I make all my protein drinks with 2% milk- the 8ounces add 8 gms of protein and applies towards my fluid intake. I average 80 gms of protein/day.
My morning shake has 23-25gms in the protein powder plus the extra grams from the milk= thus I start the day with 31-33gms of protein. I know Banders have less issues with milk then bypass, but I think the milk is such an easy way to kick up the grams of protein!
Everybody's taste and tolerance is different.....
