Hi guys, Just wanted to remind everyone that we're going to be at the Caribou Coffee in Dilworth around 6pm. It's very informal and low key, just to kind of get together and chat. Hope to see some of you there.

Wish I could come. Love,love,love coffee. And would love the support. By the time I get off work and drive to charlotte it would be to late. That is why I don't get to go to any support meetings. Had by gbs done in charlotte but live about 1 hour away. Have fun and would love to see you peeps.......

Im going to try and make this... even thou I hate coffee :-) Im going to check the menu and see what other goodies they have!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
