Heck Wendy- I'm still eating the goodies from Sat night- had the chicken wings for dinner and have yet to open the veggie tray ( Thanks so much Chareen- I'm gonna become a rabbit this week!!!) I think trying to cook the correct portions for us post-ops is such a challenge for a party- so hopefully we will have a huge turn out to eat all the food!!! I love the beach in the fall- so few crowds and typically still warm, sunny days! I've got a challenge for all the Charlotte group- you have 3 months notice- so PLEASE come on down for the weekend and meet us Eastern NC folks! The room rates are CHEAP too!!! Sheila
