My hubby and I have been super lazy today but loving it. Lee started his 3 week leave from work today and we have spent alot of it in our hot tub which we bought off ebay. Lee installed it all by himself Thursday night he was a man with a mission. I had him take a few preop pics of me in the hot tub. I have had a few crying episodes which I heard wore normal. Other than that I am trying to stay positive. Thanks to everyone who has sent me well wishes this means so much to me. I did for a minute this morning have a change of heart about the surgery but it did not last. I found out a person we knew who we sold our old boat too passed away suddenly. He had pretty bad diabetes and was obese so by finding out about his death that confirmed to me it is another reason why I need to do this.                                                                 Annie

Hang in there and don't let the emotions take you over.  It's perfectly normal to be scared and have second, third, and fourth thoughts.  You've done your homework and made the best choice for you so go into this with nothing but positive thoughts and you will do great!!  When the fear and negative thoughts try to creep in, just push them out and think only positive thoughts.  Speak things that aren't as though they were ~ "My surgery outcome is fantastic and I feel better than I ever have before in my life!"  Stuff like that.  Really believe that things are going to go just fine and they will!! Good luck to you sweetie!! Hugs, Donna P.S.  So sorry to hear about your friend's death.  Maybe this is a sign for you that you are doing the right thing, huh?
