Is everyone still at the beach???

I'm lonely... lol!  I was just wondering how much fun ya'll had today!  Wish I could have been there!!!

Hi Sheryl!  I just got back from the beach. I didn't stay but just went to meet some of the Eastern NC gals. My hubby is from Jacksonville and we had to pick our kids up from his parent's house today. I had a great time, even though I couldn't stay long. Sheila, Wendy, Barb, Jennifer and Lisa were all there. Not sure if anyone else made it or not after I left. What happened to you? You're so close aren't you??? Maybe I we can meet up at one of the Jacksonville get togethers? Wish you had been there... Looking forward to meeting you to!

Hey girl...  I live just outside Jacksonville in Richlands (the County area).  I really wanted to go to the beach but had to work tonight (I'm at work now)...  I had to work last time there was a Jacksonville get together also but I have decided that the next one I'm going no matter if I have to take the night off.  I look forward to meeting everyone!!! I hope you had a great time!!!

Mare - You'd be proud of me. I didnt have one snack or any munchies the whole weekend..nor booze! I think I shocked myself! It was different, being around the ladies who were post op..I just followed their toon. It's amazing how the company you keep affects your eating!

You do know I am kidding about the twinkies and beer, right!? LOL Eeeeww!  (I prefer Yodels with my beer.)    ;o) No, seriously, I am really bumming that I didn't get to come this time. Definately next time. *sigh*

Sorry you couldnt come this time! But, I'm even more sorry that you had a crappy time with your "obligation", I know how that goes. Got to support our men! Shelia's already starting to plan for an October Beach Trip! Are you in? I am, I'd like to get a head count and see about renting a house so everyone can be together!
