I'm back!

Hi everyone!!  Well, I made it!  Thank you all for your well wishes and support, it's so nice to have people who "get it".Sheila, yup, you guess it and I'm pretty mad.  Yes, after I spoke with Linda, I turned off the phone and tried to sleep, to no avail.  I went in at 7:50, and I was being woke up at 8:35, they woke me up at 9:15 and then moved to a tv room at 9:30.  At 11:30 they took me to my x-ray, I did good, no leaks.  I was discharged about 1.  I was so knoced out I came back to mom's and Ihave been sleeping untill 9:10. I am very sore at my port area.  I am going to take pics of that too. I am so glad this apprehension state is over. Nothing funny hapenend worth telling ya'll.  A I sit here tonight, with store stomach and semi-nausea, My head is telling me I haven't eaten all day, and some junk food seems pretty dang good now.  Tomorrow I start on my protein.  Dr. Bauman said the surgery went wonderful, and he could not have asked for anything better. Will keep you posted tomorrow, and see how I feel then.  Thanks all for your prayers, freindship, and advice, I really appreciate it!!

This is great news.  You will feel better tomorrow, just sore some more. You have a riding buddy if you'd like.  I will stick with dr pirrello though. Don't you think dr bauman looks like a movie star?  Especially with that first name.  I'm glad your finally in bandland, it took alot of work for you to get here.

Welcome home, Sweetie! Was thinking about you all day yesterday!  Hope your process goes as smoothly as mine has so far!  Today I am headed back to the hospital for another leak test as an extra precaution and then I can get offa these clear liquids! Talk to you soon. Love.
