Ready to rock-n-roll on Aug 9th! I'm not doing well with getting in protein on this liquid thing yet. It's going to be hard to get 70g in when it's nasty! One problem I have is I don't get very hungry. I'm not hungry until I eat... that make any sense? My water intake is fantastic... no dehydration here! Just 12 more days of not wanting anything and we are good to go! Hugs to all.

Keep it up. You are on the right track and it's a great idea to start getting in the water now. I still struggle with this. My doc says not to worry about the protein at first. You will build up to it.  Jenn

I drink more than a gollon of water a day! It's all i drink... LOVE it.  I near fell out when he said I had to get in 70g of protein a day. Protein powders. I threw some Unjury chicken broth in some cream of chicken just now and it tasted good. I'm going to order some more and have lots of broth... I do like chicken broth. mmmmm
