No More Pain
Today I woke up feeling better than I have been.
I stood straight and did not have much pain in my hip or thigh.
yesterday I met some friends at the hospital and partisipated in a service at the chapel in the hospital .
After the service I had requested communion before my surgery with the chaplin.
I really think alot of this chaplin and met her in febuary and told her then what my intent was for the future.
Tomorrow my husband and his best buddy are having a cookout for me before my big day.
All kinds of friends and family are comming and I am looking forward to it.
I have tried to make helpful hints but have been told not to worry they would handle it all LOL.
I did see at the hospital yesterday a lady pushing a wheelchair and it was empty.
So I thought this would be a good thing after surgery for me to push a wheelchair and if my hip started acting up then I could sit down till the spasm past.
This week I had a lady I know come help clean the house which has been a big help for me.
Annie
Oh, Annie,
That is wonderful news. I know what a relief it must be to be able to stand up straight...something most people take for granted. LOL
Have a wonderful time at your party. What nice friends and family you have to support you. What a blessing. You'll be on my mind as your big day approaches.
Good Luck!
Mare
PS - I called you on Monday (maybe Tuesday) afternoon. You must have been at the chiropractor though. I was writing my appeal letter and wanted your advice. I think I did good though. Good enough? Well, time will tell.
Love ya!
