Someone told me that statistically, you are in more danger riding to the hospital that morning than of dying from anesthetic.  That put my mind at ease. Take care and good luck. Ellen

Thank you again everyone.  1 day closer...just counting down the hours until we leave now. Levi-thank you.  You are a sweetheart.  I appreciate your thoughtful words and encouragement.  Lisa-thank you!  I will send you a PM.  That's very sweet of you...not at all necessary, but very appreciated.  Jennifer-I'm with you...I just want to get it over with.  I'll be so glad when it is!  lol Joe-thank you.  You're so right...it would kill me eventually and I want to run around and chase after my 5 year old for many years to come! Ellen-thanks!  I'm lol @ the ride to the hospital thing...my drive is about 2-2 1/2 hours, so that's a distinct possibility.  Mare-thanks so much.  The closer tomorrow gets, the more anxious and excited I become.  I can't wait to post a picture where I've actually LOST weight for the first time in years. Thank you again everyone.

Amy, I had my surgery on the 12th and I had no prior surgery experience.  I also was VERY nervous like you.  Please relax yourself.  I know that is easily said but you will be fine.  It is like you took a really good nap.  Keep us posting as you are feeling better.   Happy Surgery Eve, Candice

I have had 4 surgeries and was even awake for one of my c-section.As many questions as I was asking during that surgery the Dr. would prob. wished I was out. They even did hernia repair durng that c-section. I am not afraid of being put out but hate waking up to an exposed rear. I'm modest.....   These people perform these surgeries all the time ......you will be in good hands. i will be sending my healing prayers your way.  With all of these surgeries you girls are having done tomorrow I better get started praying God Bless Myrtis
