Hi guyz! Sorry I haven't been around much lately, this darn job is getting in my way! LOL Hope everyone that has had surgery recently is doing well, and all upcoming folks...Best Wishes! Little update on me...I was diagnosed with high BP and High Cholesterol by my PCP. Not that this is a good thing by far but I guess it's what my insurance wants! Gotta have those co-morbidities! Craziest thing ever! I will be having a sleep study set up soon by my surgeons office...who knows what that might turn up? After the sleep study is complete and I have the results....I will begin my 50 page appeal letter. LOL  Phew..enough of that..LOL                                                            ..

Hi Sweetie - I was just wondering about you today and was gonna send out a "holler!" Sorry about the BP and cholesterol. But at the same timne..."YAY!" LOL Sad day when we hope for life-threatening afflictions, huh? Even sadder when you have them all...like me...and insurance won't cover. $#@#!$%^% Sorry, still can't get over it all. The sleep study is very interesting, though, if it's still done like mine was. They actually have a tech who can see you in the dark and watches you while you sleep, all the while being hooked up to EKG and EEG crap. I had to go 2X 'cuz I couldn't sleep knowing they could see me. Weird! (Wish I knew that when I changed into my PJs.)    Keep all this in mind. Maybe wear your PJs to your appointment. LOL Oh, and bring a hat. Head will be covered with yucky glue goo. Hope I was helpful. LOL "You're welcome!" Seriously, any questions on that, email me. ;O) Mare

Mare -  Glad to "see" you! (I like your avatar) I've missed you all! Thanks for the "heads up" on the sleep study! Now I'm going to be worried about scratching my... while I sleep (if I can sleep) LOL I wonder if the prerequisite for the job is PEEPING TOM! LOL

Wendy, I've been wondering about you but guess correctly it was the job. Without the denial, you would have never known you have the blood pressure and chloresterol, so everything for a reason.  I have always wanted a sleep study because I can fall asleep while driving ,can never read more than 2 pages in a book and am worn out by 2 pm everyday. I'm hoping that surgery changes that.  Have you thought more about the cruise???????  Welcome back girl and wish you lived closer so you could come to our lunch tomorrow. Nancy

Nancy -  Maybe my job is giving me high BP! Oh no, a reason to quit! LOL  Just kidding, I'm enjoying myself now. Going to my PCP on Monday to get these med's adjusted.  I'm actually looking forward to the sleep study. I have woken up many a nite's gasping, like I forgot to breath? That's what I thought to myself...Did I forget to breath or was I dreaming? Strange! I guess I'll find out if something is going on...that's good. Yes, I'd like to do the cruise! I think it's a great deal....I was shocked by the price..IMO that's cheep!
