NEED HELP WITH MY AVATAR

Hi Team! I have been unsuccessful in downloading an avatar photo.  I wanted to use a photo that I downloaded onto my website, but the system will not take it as it is too large.  I want to crop it just down to a head shot anyway, but don't know how.  If I were to do that would it decrease the number of pixels and fit the requirements? Any help you can send my way would be greatly appreciated. Suzanne

You can crop it, then reduce the size.  I can't tell you specifically how as I don't know what photo editing software you have.  If you don't know how, you can send it to me and I will do it.  Email me on here, and I'll send you my home address. Take care. Ellen
