New photos

I finally posted my 4 months post op photos. Current wt 195lbs, highest wt was 246 and surgery wt was 234.5. I'm amazed and happy that my arms are SHRINKING! I love my Band and I really really love my BOWFLEX!!!! Bye, bye batwings! Everyone enjoy their weekend. Sheila

Thanks for all the kind words everyone! One of my NSV since surgery is now LIKING having my picture taken! Haven't we all been there? Camera comes out and we hide- completely out of the photo, behind everyone in the photo, behind furniture...our pets....or simply hide the camera never to be seen again! LOL.... It's nice not to cringe when a camera appears and to no longer have that horrible gut feeling when you see the pictures "Is that REALLY what I look like. I am THAT BIG????!?" I was so stunned last yr when I saw photos from the Black & White Ball in Wilm. This year it's 9/28/07 and I can't wait to go. To me- the NSV mean so much more than the numbers on the scales- it equates to quility of life and health! I am so grateful for my Band. Wow... you look fantastic!!

Suz- NSV- non scale victory.....took me forever to figure that one out too! The NSV's are more satisifying than the scale- looser, comfortable clothes, fantastic energy level, compliments from my 8yo son ("Mom- your butt's gone!!!!"- my all time fav of his), watching the guy I date do the up and down look thingy.... Suz and Nancy and Darcie and others will SOON be having your own NSV's! Sheila
