CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your date will be here in a flash. Good luck with your pre-op liquid diet. I am so thankful for having to do the liquid diet before surgery, I have talked with friends who had this surgery without the pre-op liquid diet and they told me the 2 weeks after surgery was the hardest. (Due to the loss of food) I will be 2 weeks post op on Monday and I have done great. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Julie

Thank you.  Glad to hear everything is going well. I've stocked my popsicles and broth so I'm good to go! I bet that would make it harder in a way, to have to go cold turkey with food.  Did you have trouble with the liquid diet? What did they have you on? Fill me in Oh Wise One!  Your sister said you two were up and back to work in just a couple of days! What's the secret?  Hugs

Shawana -

I echo the sentiments of so many others. I'm glad that you have your approval and surgery date. As Ellen said, keep up the good work so that you will be as healthy as possible prior to surgery. I know that the time will come and go before you know it.

All the best,

Barb

I'm moving my best friend and scrubbing down and emptying a house to be sold... Do I really have to exercise more?   I've already been taking my vitamins and biotin for months and months. I'm the worst scatterbrain and knew if I didn't get them into a routine before hand I would be lost. The dog has been walking me several times a day!! I've got that part covered. Now if I can just find some way to keep down some protein 'stuff'... Thanks for the encouragement. Hugs
