I hadnt really bought any clothes since my surgery on April 30th, 2007...I have purchased shirts but as far as pants...that was a no no in my book. I have always had what people call thunder thighs...So even though I have lose 34lbs...my old pants still fit a little around the upper thigh...so I though maybe I was just losing inches in the upper body area. Well this weekend why I was out looking for a shirt...I saw some bamuda shorts on sell for $14....I was curious to see  if I could fit a size lower than my usual size 20 and grab a size 18 to try on....I was looking for another size 18 but in a different style and didnt see it so I go a size 16 not expecting to even get my big thunder thighs in them...I went into the dressing room and tried on the size 18 and to my surprise they were a little lose....so I grabed the size 16 and guess what...PERFECT FIT...I am so happy and motivated now to go to the gym more often and get moving!!!!!

Congratulations!!! Isn't it incredible!?

I can relate. I started this journey in a 22/24. I got down to an 18/20 by the time I had my surgery, but now I really have trouble wearing them. My mom let me borrow some of her size 16W's and they fit. I could hardly believe it ... so last week, I had a few minutes and pulled some size 16W's to try on and accidently got a size 14W with the wrong hanger marker on it ... At first, I wasn't going to try them on ... but then I decided to see if I could at least get them up ... Not only did I get them up and zipped, but they actually fit!!!

Doesn't just make you want to stand up dance!

Enjoy those size 16's!
