I am not sure.  My surgeon's program fee was $150, but that included by fitness evaluation, nutrition consultation and full access to the nutritionist for 1 year.  I felt that it was worth what I paid.

Hi.  I'm not sure what an enrollment fee entails, but my surgeon didn't require anything up front.  I had to call his office to get a packet of forms and info, and once I filled those out and returned them via mail to the surgeon's office they called me with a date for an informational class.  This was a class held by the surgeon and nurse coordinator that went over the kinds of surgery he performs (RNY and LapBand), what to expect from each surgery, requirements for each surgery, etc.  There was no charge for this class.  The first time I paid anything was when I went in for my first consult with the surgeon and that was a $25 copay required by my insurance.  I then had to pay for the psych eval in full on the day that I had that done ($500 - they don't file your insurance for you for that but did give me paperwork to do so if I wished for reimbursement from the insurance company).  When I had my nutritionist consult, I paid $100 and then at my final Nutrition Class I paid another $350.   All these fees cover all follow ups after surgery with each of the providers for one year.  These fees were not paid all at once but at each step along the way.  Not sure if this helps you any but that's my experience.

The seminars should be free. The first consult I had was a fee upfront and then I was reimbursed by insurance.
