when people mean well

I don't know for sure, but it seems to me that compared to the complications of being obese, morbidly obese, severly morbidly obese, or in my case 'severly incredibly I can't believe the scale morbidly obese' that the complications of surgery are less common.  Just a thought.

I am 7 months post op and I still get those kinda responses when I tell people of the surgery.  They expect me to bellow out a long list of complications...I have had NONE!!!  Thank God..I believe those type reponses because of their own fears and misconceptions. Even nurses....just because others have complications doesnt mean that you will.......PRAY.....and let GOD take you the whole way!!
