Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July everyone!   I was just sitting her pondering how great it is to live in a beautiful place like NC.  My family and I are heading up to Lake Tillery today for some fun on the water (and my last year being ashamed in a bathing suit on the 4th.. YAY)  Most of all, I am still focused on July 16th.  In reality, that is my real "independence day".  I will be set free from this body that has held me prisoner in so much fat for so long now!  I am excited and glad to be here.  Reading this board for the past week or so has really helped me out.  Thanks to you all! 

Yaaaaaaaaaaay Happy Birthday!!! :-) I am having a few friends over and going to BBQ at the pool!!  Its wonderful to not feel ashamed in the bathing suit... I now even walk from my apartment wearing only my suit and a pair of short swim sorts over to the pool!

Happy 4th to everyone!  Headed to White Lake, My husband does the fireworks there  Hope everyone has a good day!  Thank you to all the military for all they do to make it safe for us!  My son is in the Navy and out on his ship.  Thanks Michael!

Thanks for letting me know Karen!  I have been going ot the ones @ CMC Mercy.. but I am sure I can get the same information in Monroe.  I may just have to check that out. Who runs the sessions?
