happy about going to Curves today

I am all signed up with curves. It looks like a can do most all the machines except one machine I had to put my legs in some holder things and the lady who signed me in helped me with that but my calfs are so big it was a tight fit but I was able to do it. I feel good about curves and think I did the right thing. After I went there I went shopping at HT got home and my sugar was down to 156!!!! Had a little snack and felt better. My friend who met me there wanted to join but once she found out how much she said she could not. I told her I had to do this it is for my health so to me there is no price on that. Annie

Hey Annie, After a little while at Curves you will start to feel the difference..a lot more energy I'm sure. You are on the ball..you go girl!

I just got back from Curves about 10 minutes ago.........I like being back....I did all the machines today and I can tell my port site is a little sore. But It will get better. Have fun =0) ~Sarah~
