I'm starting today and happy to do so. That means I'm approved and on the road to the surgery I have been waiting 8 months for...and nowI'm under a month away!!!

In honor of your liquid diet I shall have a beer.. thats liquid right? just kidding!!! I cant believe your surgery time is already here!! Seems like we were just meeting at NoFo and talking everything out!! Hopefully these next two weeks will fly by for you!~

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Thanks you guys for all the support. I'm really glad that I decided to start on the weekend, cuz I have had the headache and an 80 point drop in my blood sugars!!! Feel like bleep!!! So I will be day 3 by Monday and better adjusted! What a laugh Jennifer...your right time has flown by.

Joy, Hang in there - it gets better. We are near the end of our liquid diet, my sister and I are scheduled for surgery on Monday. I will keep you in my prayers. Julie
