Yes, Dr. Moran's office called this morning and I'm scheduled for 7:00 am Monday morning. The hospital also called and offered to give me a ride (I didn't need it but was so sweet) and told me everyone felt so bad and the CEO would personally come visit. I guess only because they are so small that this must not happen often. I fell so much better. Thank you for asking. Jennifer

Jennifer, I just got on the computer and read about your ordeal!  I am so sorry!  Not fair!  Will your Mom still be able to take you?  Oh well, the morning is better for you anyway, right?  Dr. Moran must be making you a special case, as I don't think he normaly does surgery on Mondays. I can understand the emergancy deal, they told me they have 3 OR's at the hospital. On the up side, everybody there is very nice.  My experience was very pleasant.  My husbands only complaint is he did not get to see me unitl I was in recovery II, and ready to get dressed.  But there just was not room back there for him.  Otherwise, all went well. YEAH! Jennifer I'm so happy that you dont have to wait till who knows when. Let me know if you still want me to be your Angel on Monday. I think this weekend I might be a bit of a 'little devil but, I promise I'll be back to my Angelness on Monday! LOL

Wonderful!!  At least now you can have peace of mind for the weekend. I'm sure glad they were able to do it that soon, rather than going another 2 weeks or so. Kind of nice to know they'll be "eating out of your hand" though, lol. Enjoy your "final weekend" again!! ~~~~Hugs, Nancy

LOL. Yes, I'll be asking for more than usual. Extra pillows and pain meds...please. Lori~ I'm so glad things went well for you. I was so worried when I heard there was an emergency.  I asked if it was anyone that had scheduled surgery and they assured me it wasn't .  My mom can't be with me Monday so I'm hopeful that my cousin can take me.
