My hair is thin and getting more so each day... thought I would check into snagging a wig or two for after surgery... and now!  My eyeballs popped slap outta my damn head! We have a Clothes Swap, we gonna need a Wig Swap! I'm gonna have to sell myself on ebay or I'm gonna be the hottest, bald fatgurl you've ever met!  Can I get a weave?!   Amen

You could shave your head and go GI Jane on us.   There's no telling whether or not you'll lose your hair.  If you do well with your protein, you may not.  I haven't lost a significant amount yet, from what I hear it starts somewhere around 3-5 months, so I'm still on the early side.  Whatever falls out, will grow back though.  Bandannas are a dollar a piece at the dollar store... Own it all, it's yours!

And I have 10! I'm just tired of seeing scalp. I'll whip out the funky clown wig if all else fails. I already go commando... Oh, wait... did i say that out loud...

I've been searching on hairstyles for about an hour now. Trying to decide which one will show the least amount of scalp. Uggghhhh. I have no desire to 'hang a piece' on this head. It's just too freakin' hot for that mess. But this 'string bean do' has got to go!

Rather be bald and loosing than hairy and gaining,

Karen

I have to say, I have been wearing a wig since last July I had my surgery March 2006 I had really thin hair to begin with and not getting all my protein has made it worse.  This past February I pulled a Brittany Spears and shaved it completely bald.  It is coming back, but I love my wigs so much I am continuing to wear them. :).   I shop at the oriental wig shops, they are much cheaper and have all different styles.  Mine usually run about 25 to 30 dollars.  I get more compliaments saying they love my hair and want to know who does my hair and I just smile and tell them I do my own.  Which hey, I do, i wa**** and put it back on my head. LOL.   Try them they are so COOL.  They are not like they use to be back in the day.   I have a myspace and have pics on there, anyone wanting to see me with my wig, please feel free and I will send u a link to check it out. Take care. :) and try the Wigs.

Send me that link, Woman! I'll myspace ya!  I have thinning hair as it is. I've teased and colored and cut and switched parts until I can't see straight. I'm not scared of a wig... I'll rock it 'til it falls off!I want some 80's BIG hair!
