surgery tomorrow!

My surgery is tomorrow and I didn't think I'd be nervous but holy smokes I haven't slept in about a week, surgery is ALL I think about and I can't stop shaking!  Today I have to have a filtering device put in my artery to help keep blood clots out of my lungs if one should try to sneak up from my legs.  It is just a precautionary procedure that Dr. Farrell does with everyone.  Anyway I'm hoping that the anesthesia they give me for the procedure today will knock me out until the surgery tomorrow. I guess this nervousness is not unusual but it sure makes functioning at work a challenge.  I'm tired!  I'm looking forward to my morphine drip...puts me in LaLa land.   Well everyone, I'll see you on the losers' bench!  Thanks for all of your support over these long 8 months while I impatiently struggled with the whole slow process.  Take care. Ellen,      If I hadn't seen your name on there I would not have recognized you. You have changed a lot just since the last pic. Amazing. I know you must feel better and you should be proud of all the weight you ahve lost both prior to and since surgery. I will be on that bench soon.  Lisa
