I LOVE MY WALK AWAY THE POUNDS WITH LESLEY SANSON , I DO IT EVERYDAY. WOW IT TAKES NO TIME AT ALL TO GET IN THAT ONE MILE WITH HER. TRY EBAY OR WALMART. I KNOW I AM ONLY 2 WEEKS OUT, BUT THE WATER AND WALKING REALLY DOES HELP. SWIMMING DOES AS WELL. A FRIEND OF MINE HAD THE SURGERY A YEAR AGO AND SHE STOPPED LOSSING. THE DR TOLD HER TO DRINK WATER AND HER PROTEIN, SHE SAID THAT REALLY DID WOR. SHE STARTED LOSSING AGAIN..BEST WISHES..TRACI
A plateau is when you dont lose pounds OR inches for four weeks or longer... if you are truely on a plateau I would suggest calling your NUT and having them take a look at what you are eating. I stalled for 8 weeks and spoke to mine... I brought up the plateau busters and she was very against it... said there was *no* reason to restrict yourself so much... she suggest a few simple changes and within 5 weeks of seeing her I lost 10lbs! Best part was... I was still able to eat :-) just had to balance it all out.
For the workout programs I would check out ebay!
