You definitely need to come! We'd love to "meet" you. While you might not be able to make all of the meetings ... probably none of us will make 'all' of the meetings ... but I think we could really work on this support one another stuff. Depression is a mean monster ... one I've fought with for more years than I'd like to admit, but you can't let it win.

I just had my surgery last week ... they messed up and didn't give me my anti-depressants ... OMG...  I'm just about back on a even keel. I saw my phsychiatrist today and I have an appointment with my counselor next week ... Some of us just have this other condition we have to take care of ... it's as serious and often impacted by the weight and vs versa ... but then you know that don't you. :-) 

 If you ever want to talk feel free to contact me directly. I'm glad to talk over e'mail or phone.

Amanda, So sorry to hear you can't come.  Please watch the board for future meetings.  We are going to target getting together at least once a month.  I would love to see you come out.  Please let us know some of the things that you are looking for in a group!  Candice

I am a definite maybe.  I need to talk to Prince Charming and see if he can take our son to his rendevous point for his mission trip.  That shouldn't be a problem, but if it is, then I can't come.  I will let you know as soon as I can.
