Have been back to work for about a week now.  And I have not been back on my Cymbalta medication (depression, crazy medicine), so I started it yesterday again, so instead of being fat and crazy I will be just crazy.   About 3 weeks post op today and have gotten from the 215.1 mark to  196.5 mark, not wanting to eat alot though.  Haven been really nauseated this weekend and I have to make myself so something, the protein shakes I have been making them with a little more milk, that helped.  Did go under the receipe site to see what others had done, stopped by the grocery store this morning, and got some ricotto cheese(fat free), Classico spagetti sause (4gms sugar) , so 1% milkfat cheese, will make like the inside of a lasanga type dish or should a small spoonfuls, have not gotten bigger than that yet, will heat it. Jello has come out with Sugar free CHEESECAKE pudding instant, tried it last night , pretty good, but my son (4 1/2 years old) got the majority  of it, i made little servings of it to have, he said they were all his.....ok .

Congrat's on the wt loss! Sorry to her about the nausea, have you contacted you MD about this. You should be able to take some anti-nausea med such as phenergan or zofran, it would help immensely! I'll have to keep in mind that SF cheesecake instant pudding, sounds yummy! I wonder how it would turn out if you added some protein powder in with it?                                  question mark.

Congratulations on your success Patty!  Sounds like a good "lasagna" recipe, I'll have to write it down. Please continue to post your successes!  Don't forget to take care of yourself, whi*****ludes keeping some of the SF puddings for yourself. Take care. Ellen

Own it all, it's yours!
