At three days out I was still doing liquids and that was so hard. What are you eating ? Take Care :)

IAM DOING LIQUIDS AS WELL, THAT IS SO HARD. MY HEAD HURTS BECAUSE IAM NOT EATING, ALL I WANT TO DO IS DRINK WATER. BUT I KNOW I HAVE TO MAKE MY SELF EAT..THANKS TRACI

Make sure you're constantly sipping water. That could be giving you the headache too. The water is very important as well.
