anybody have carl lowe?
Didn't he give you written guidelines? Call the office and have them fax them to you or something. Also, keep in mind that not everyone progresses at the same pace. So, just becuase the sheet tells you it is ok to each something, it might not be good for you yet.

I had DrMelkonian... at 4 weeks you should still be on the soft foods diet.. the liquids were week 1 and 2... followed by soft foods for the next 4 (maybe 6??) weeks. I dont have my soft foods list with me but it had on it soft cooked meats, soft cooked veggies, soft fruits (no seeds, no skins, no citrus for fruits veggies)... refried beans, cottage cheese, yogurts, chili, *dry* breads (i.e. toast, crackers... no rolls or sandwich bread)... just to name a few.
Basically anything you can chew up into liquid.

I had Dr. Lowe and yes he's wonderful. I go in for my three months check up and hope that he will be proud of me since I've lost 78 pounds. He's always supportive and honest with you. I feel like he saved my life because I was in such bad shape health wise and weight wise. I now can get about and enjoy my life so much better. I would recommend Dr. Lowe to anybody because he's truly the best. Treva Deck
