Protein bullets good or bad????

I thought the protein bullets would be the answer to getting in 60 grams a day. But I received a letter from Unjury saying that they are 95% collagen protein which is not the protein our bodys need right now. So now I am bummed out. Has anyone else done any research on this? It makes me wonder if that is true for other protein drinks. They all claim to be whey protein so how can you tell what is real and what isn't? I'm so confused!

I've been looking and can't find any information anywhere on this.  I'm going to continue to try.  My only thought so far is, I would be suspect of a company that's trying to sell you protein products bad mouthing another protein product.  It's true, collagen is the first protein listed, followed by whey and caseinate, but they don't list how much on the bottle.   This certainly could be true, but I guess I would find it more believable coming from an impartial source. Good luck finding your answers and please let us know what you learn. Take care. Ellen

i couldn't handle the sweetness of the bullets even when i cut them with water. i'm very sensitive to sweet stuff post-surgery.

I have heard good and bad.  I use the IDS 42g.  I love them.  So easy to get my protein in now.  I am a little over 6 months out.  I have used them for about 4 months now.  At 2 months my protein level was a little low so I started using the bullets.  Just had my 6 months bloodwork and everything was great.  Protein level is up and at a great level now thanks to the bullets.

Thanks for this post Veaja. I've been using them too but was worried after reading the Unjury report, too. Glad to know your numbers are good. That makes me feel better. Karen
