Food question
Hello,
Quick couple of questions... Does anyone know at what stage we can have pepper and peanut butter? I am going on my third week out and doing great no throwing up or anything other then the protein is hard to get in so I thought if I could ad peanut butter that it would help and I like salt and pepper on my cottage cheese and I couldn't find either of these in my nutrition guide but I know there is a lot that isn't listed in there... Someone told me that the peanut butter may be to sticky and get stuck in the pouch opening but I just don't know...
Thank you so much...
Tonya

I was allowed to have peanut butter at two weeks, it was part of the soft foods diet. It didn't get stuck, but it is heavy, I couldn't eat as much of it as I could cottage cheese. As for the pepper, you can try it and see if you can tolerate it. Each person is different. I put pepper on my tuna fish at about 4 weeks out and was fine.
Take care.
