I see alot of people have a weight ticker(i do not know the technical name for it) but how do you do that so I can get one. I week post op and I have went from 212.5 to 202.5 in about on week. Happy about that at least. I have all of next week off also, to recover.

Hi Ellen

I went to this website and did my tickler. The only problem is-I could not get it inside my signature. Do you know which one you use (they have 3 options) and how to post it to your signature? Chris

I used the HTML code, the rest are specific to certain sites.  Good luck. Take care. Ellen

I had made a ticker from this site a while back and I just copied and pasted it to my profile.  I later removed it but that seemed to work fine for me.   Donna

If you look at the main message board (not the NC one); there are instructions for tickers in one of the messages near the top of the board. Lori
