Ruth- Great to hear to you've got some appointments taken care of! As for the Dr. setting your surgery date, they are all different. Mine sched. before ins. approval some won't give you a date until you have completed all of your apt.'s and have ins. approval. I'd call your Dr. office and ask.

Hi everyone, My name is Kathy and I am new to this site, but am getting the referrals all set to go to Pinehurst to get this stuff all set. Who here has had their surgery at Pinehurst, and who here has Cigna Insurance????? What can I expect with my insurance???????? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :help:

Hello. My name is Ruth.. I signed on to this site long time ago, but I just finally decided on what I have to do. I do not know about Pinehurst or Cigna. I have BCBS and my Doctor is Dr. Earle(Hardcastle). Carolina Central Surgery in Greensboro, NC.. A couple of her nurses said that my insurance usually approves suregeries in 2 to 3 days..
