still stalled
well it has been 31/2 weeks now at the exact same weight. I know everyone says this is normal, but it is so discouraging. Not up or down the exact same thing. I know I am losing inches but I WANT TO SEE THE SCALES MOVE!!!!! What is the longest anyone has stalled this early(one month post op)? I barely eat 7-800 calories a day, exercise, and try to eat my protein. Dr doesn't want us to do protein drinks. help!!
I've been sort of stalled for 2 weeks now. Everything I read says that it will start again. Keep doing what you know you are supposed to do and trust that it will work. Protein, water, and exercise are the key. From what I read, they say to change what you're doing, exercise a little more or a different type, add some protein and water. That's easier said than done, particularly a month out, but we can try, right? Let us know how it goes.
