McAlpine Creek on Saturdays

Myself and a friend have been going to McAlpine creek and walking the 5k on Saturday mornings at 830a... just wanted to extend the invitation out to others who would like to come... its a great trail and gets the ole blood pumpin!

I would love to come along, can't do this Saturday , got that stupid race to attend with the DH... but remind me next week. BTW..... anyone wanna walk a dog ? I have 4 I will bring one if any one feels up to it let me know, my dogs are super sweet and will walk with you as long as you want .
