Medicaid and Dr. Lowe?

I was wondering if anyone else had Medicaid and how their experience went/ is going? I'm having some insurance issues and was wanting to know exactly what you turned in for approval. One says I need something and one says I have it all... I'm tired of being confused and so I'm looking for someone with experience with this mess. I have to keep calling and asking what do you want on someone's voicemail to never get a call back. Then when after days and days I get the call back I go back to the PCP and get more forms asked for and it never seems to be right. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU PEOPLE WANT!?? I took in the insurance guidelines. I've taken in the surgeon's guidelines. Nothing seems to be 'correct'. I'm so damn fat I can barely wipe my own ass or drive! I don't overeat and I can't stop taking my medication that has made me this way! I have an 8 year old son to care for! I can't do much for him as it is! I'm '67" tall and 338 lbs'. I'm tired of fighting a losing battle that I've 'won' all these tests for! Six months of getting tested and meeting surgeons isn't enough? I've been trying since November of 2005 with my PCP to lose and that's not good enough. I researched bariatric surgery for TWO years before talking to my PCP. Walking 12 miles a day isn't good enough. Working out at the YMCA isn't good enough. PCOS treatment isn't good enough. Is anything enough? Sorry so long winded.
