Tired
There could be a whole plethora of reasons why you are tired. Night shift is hard on a person and sleeping during the day doesn't come naturally to us. You could have insomnia or sleep apnea. There are a lot of things. I would make an appointment with my PCP and voice my concerns to them.
Take care.

Last year when I was staying tired alot, I was also experiencing some light headedness. My doctor increased my b12 from one shot a month to 2 shots a month. And although all my bloodwork was perfect, increasing the b12 made the biggest difference & I have felt so much better.
Good luck & keep us posted.

I work nights too...It's not normal ... Sleep is not the same. When is next blood work? Sometimes I struggle with sleep after work too... some mornings i can barelget home from work in one piece and some morinings I take something to help me sleep.I went through a period that I couldn't sleep at night when off.. Now I can usually sleep anytime unless I'm super stressed about something..work kids etc. Good luck
