Plateau busted.... 21 pounds in 2 days

Im not sure what Ive done differently but my weight has started falling again. Ive spent 6 of the past 7 weeks on a plateau...UGH!!! Anyway I am down 21 pounds in two days. While I am very happy to be losing weight it is driving me crazy to be losing weight like this. Before this I spent 24 days at the same weight, plus or minus 3 pounds. Then BOOM it just melts away. From experience Ill start another plateau tommorrow and spend most of May waiting to lose weight again. BTW Any guys need some clothes? lol

Hello Amy. Losing this much weight so fast really takes a lot out of you. Im pretty tired today but happy to see those scales moving so I guess I cant complain. My three month surgery anniversary will be in 12 days on May 8th. Right now Ive lost 63 pounds since my surgery and 84 pounds if you count the highest weight I was. It would be nice to see a total weight loss of 100 pounds by May 8th.

I'm glad your plateau is busted RM. I'm having one myself and it's more frustrating than I thought it would be. 21 pounds is a lot, but I bet it feels good to have it showing up on the scale. Take care. ~Ellen

Wow 21 lbs in 2 days? Man you must've been "leaving" some massive waste product in the toilet or something! lol What size clothes do ya have?

No not that way friend. My urine has been really dark and Im guessing thats where the weight is leaving. I have a lot of xxl to 4xl shirts and 40 to 42 inch waist blue jeans.

Heheh I was kidding about the waste product anyway but that's still an awesome achievement! I can definitely see how you would feel though with the weeks on end of not losing. I'd have gotten frustrated and quit! I just got down to a 42" but I'm still wearing the 44-46's. Albeit I had to break out the 42" belt I had in the closet to keep them up! Shirt wise I am wearing a 3x but haven't tried a 2x yet. Either way if you're looking to get rid of them I can take them off your hands. Always in need of clothes! I live in Kannapolis and I'm going to be in Albemarle this weekend helping my mother in law move. Perhaps I can swing by and pick them up?
