diet

So I started with the two week diet today. It is not as bad as I thought it would be, granted it is only day one, but wish me luck for the next 13days!

Hello, For me the 2 week liquid was the hardest part, so when it does start getting hard remember,,,, if you can make it with the liquid diet , the rest is easy ( well for the most part ) . Welcome to the loser bench Allison
