Finally YEAH !!!

Hey all , Im so excited, I got on the scale this morning and I finally lost 50 lbs!!! Its been 2 weeks since I lost anything and I was really getting discouraged but I knew if I waited awhile the day would come and I would see those numbers go down! I have 50 more to go Just going to keep doing what Im doing. Ive been walking 2 miles when I get home from work and I have my hubby to push me when Im too tired to even go. He use to be a physical fitness instructor in the Mairne Corp ( of all things HUH?) He is so good to me and is always there to support me so Im pretty darn lucky to have him. Well just wanted to share my good news with everyone. Thanks for all your help and support Love you guys Denise

Denise, That is WONDERFUL news and just what I needed to hear. I haven't lost anything in the past couple of weeks either and I am trying hard to hang in there and not get upset about it. It helps me to know I just need to have patience and do what I'm suppose to do. Thanks for sharing! Karen

Thanks so much and dont worry you will start to loose also. sometimes two weeks go by and the scale is the same and I get a little frustrated myself but then a few days later its down again.
