Down 30 lbs in 3 weeks!!!!!

Hello all! I just came from the doctor's office and I have lost 30 lbs in 3 weeks! I am so flabergasted. I know what they say, I've read the books... but it actually happened to ME! I am so happy! Forgive me for bragging.... Blessings, Diane
