one more week

Ok, so I am in my last week of being able to eat what I want, I am trying hard not to binge eat, I do not need any more weight that I need to lose. I have been in pretty good spirits this week. I just bought out Bloom from all of their carnation instant breakfast, no sugar, of course. I am getting more excited by the day, but more worried about the two week fast. Any suggestions?

The 2 weeks for me really wasn't that hard. On ours we were aloud any protien drink and actually could have soup. (like cream of mushroom, tomoato, cream of chicken of course strain the chicken out.) The 2 weeks is so worth it!!!! Good luck and it will be over before you know it.

The first 4 days of the 2 week liquid fast was the worse for me... if you can make it past the 3-4 day hump you will find it easier... just keep yourself focused on why you are doing it and that should help you get thru!!

I had to do a month fast. I agree with Jennifer, the first three or four days are the hardest. What worked for me was chewing gum and drinking a lot of water. Just keep telling yourself that Nothing tastes as good as skinny is gonna feel. Good luck and take care. ~Ellen
