Wanted: Awesome Plastic Surgeon

I am in search of a wonderful, talented plastic surgeon. I am 2 1/2 years post RNY so obviously I want a surgeon who is experienced with the after effects of weight loss surgery. I would be so appreciative if some of you great people would give me some suggestions and point me in the right direction. For reference, I would prefer a surgeon in the Charlotte area or west of there, as I am in Asheville. Also, I am teacher with State Employees' BCBS. hi! i just had an abdominoplasty and some lipo by benson timmons in gastonia..he also sees in sheby. i had a very good experience and a very good result...and a new bellybutton!!! i went down 2 pant sizes just getting rid of the skin..amazing!!! he is kind of quiet. i know someone else that had a good result with him as well. give him buzz. unfortunately my insurance did not pay so i can't recommend anything about insurance. goodluck!!! congrats on your loss! susan

I have a consult with Dr.Felmont Eaves from Charlotte Plastic Surgery in May. I havent met him yet so I cant speak from personal experience but my friend who will be 6 years out in May just finished 3 rounds of plastic surgery with him and has a 4th comming up. So far shes had her arms done, circumfrencial TT w/lipo, thigh lift w/lipo... her last surgery will be breast implants, some touch ups on her arms and possibly more lipo. She has nothing but praise for DrEaves and his office staff... not to mention she looks amazing... she started her WLS journey at 388+lbs... she was 160-165ish when she first saw DrEaves in June of 06 and got to 155ish prior to her surgeries (her first was oct or nov I cant remember)... her thigh lift was done in Feb so she is still swollen but her waist is now a size 6 - SIX!!!! She was wearing a 10/12 previously.
