Looking for an angel

I know that I will soon have a surgery date and would like an angel to help along the way. I just want a person who is in this area that I can say "Hey I need help..."

I am in the Salisbury area. I am in a small place called Mt ulla. It is really just a spot in the road next to Cleveland, NC. I am waiting on my Dr office to give me a date. I think this is the hardest part so far is the waiting. Have you had surgery? Teresa

No i am getting closer and closer tho.. I have one more pysh appointment and sleep test on the 27th.. and then I have one more thing to do on April 10th.. after that i should know when my surgery is going to be.. Im shooting for early May. we will see.. K

Hey Teresa! I live in Albemarle and have a lap band scheduled for March 30th with Dr. Pirellio. It only took about 2 days for my surgery to be approved. I had my preop visit on Friday, March 16th. Keep in touch!

Hey Susan Congrats. I am so disappointed in the process right now. I had all but two items done when i went for consult in Jan. All items were done by feb 19. I got the call from the insurance on the 12th that it was approved and i can not get a call back from Kim or an email. The last time she emailed me it was to say when we hear we will call give it 30 days. I even have the letter. The Case manager that the insurance has managing my case thinks the surgery is on the 30th. I have not even had the orders appointnment. Looks like maybe April. If not I will have to wait until Aug. I have too many preplanned events in May, june, and july. I am on the Sterring committe for Relay for life in Mooresville and those months are booked with major events. I was so looking forward to having this. I have even lost the 10 lb Dr P said would help. Teresa
