Dr Felmont Eaves

Has anybody been or know somebody who has used this Plastic Surgeon?? He was reccomended to me by a friend but wanted to see others experiences. I checked the PS forum and nobody has commented on him since April 06. Thanks!

hi there- i met with dr eaves but ultimately decided on dr david klein (concord area). i found dr eaves to be very qualified and he presented a comprehensive (albeit group) educational consultation. what turned me off of dr eaves was when he met me the first time, and i specified i was there to discuss abd and breast work, he walked into the exam room and promptly began to fondle the loose skin at my neck. ... the only part of my body i wasn't self conscious about at that time. of course, that is the first thing i see in the mirror now. i was taken back at the lack of sensitivity although i am sure he was completely unaware he did this. anyway, for the what it's worth department, i adored dr klein who was very professional, personable, and is also a board certified plastic surgeon. both my parents are physicians and their only advise was to be sure the surgeon you choose is board certified. dr eaves and dr klein are both certified in plastic and i believe also both have certification in general surgery. the best of luck to you as you take this step in your journey. the changes are unbelievable! alex

Jennifer I was told by many before my PS that Dr. Eaves was great with bariatric patients. But, when I called their office and asked about filing insurance I was told they would not. If you are a self pay then go to whomever you choose. Larry
