I needed to see if I could get some medical records from him. Does anyone happen to know where is in in practice? Thanks =0)

Sarah- you can do a web search on the NC Medical Examiners site and maybe find his current practice site. All Dr's, PA's and FNP's are supposed to register any practice changes. Good luck, Sheila at the Beach
