Any public support groups in Forsyth or Guildford

I know I have asked before but...still looking for a support group in Guilford or Forsyth counties that is open to the public. My surgeon is way down in Chapel Hill so I would like to find a group closer to where I live. If anyone knows of one, please let me know. I have many, many questions. Thanks
