happy birthday to me

Well its hard to believe that 3yrs ago this Friday(Feb 9) I was about to change my life as I knew it forever. You think you know exactly what you are getting yourself into but you really dont until it happens...I never would have predicted having as many complications and as many follow up surgeries(14) as I did...BUT in the same breath I couldnt imagine feeling so much more alive........and now as my 3rd birthday approaches I realize just how lucky I am...How lucky that Dr. Enoch's gave me a tool that will make my life longer and healthier..He gave me a tool that will help me to teach my children how to live longer and live healthier. ...He gave my children a mother who will be able to play with them and watch them grow up....So despite the problems and complications I have experienced and the challenges I face everyday I thank god and thank dr. enochs for this wonderful gift.....Sometimes I wonder if I am worthy of such a gift.......but I never wonder very long because I AM WORTH EVERYTHING...........The same goes for everyone out here....We are all worth it and we all deserve it............Just thank god and enjoy this gift!!!!
