Im Overweight!!!!!!
As of this morning my BMI is now 29.8 so I am officialy overweight exciting stuff! I am now down 62lbs and have 40 more to reach my goal!!!
To top that... I am wearing a size 14 pants today! First time Ive been able to wear these pants in a looooooooong time.
I am working hard to make January my best month yet! Im already down 5lbs this month and am hoping to average about 3-5lbs a week for the next 3 weeks. I have found that counting carbs is key for me and cannot wait to go to the Presby support group next week so I can give the NUT a HUGE hug because shes the one who mentioned it
The NUT at presby support group said 60g carbs... not sure how that would apply to people early out... I would think when you move to eating "normal" foods 60g would be ok. I have read posts where people are to eat 100-120g and some are to eat like 10-20g. I just find that (so far!) 30-60g is good for me. Cutting out the bread and getting carbs from dairy, fruits, veggies has been working a lot better for me
